With watchOS 11, Apple Watch’s health tracking features will be strengthened. According to Apple, blood pressure data management will be much more detailed. The new Apple Watches will also support hypertension detection.

A new app called Vitals will allow you to discover your important health metrics. Measurements will be highlighted when they are outside the normal range. This way you will be able to see your irregular health data. But you can customize your heart rate notifications.

New features for cycle tracking have also been introduced. Accordingly, pregnancy tracking features will be added. It will show pregnancy predictions.

Check In is coming to Apple Watch. So you’ll be able to let your friends watch you. It will work automatically with workouts. This will improve both security and connectivity.

New widgets will also be automatically added to the home screen. A translation app will automatically open when you travel to a new country, or weather apps will show when rain is approaching. Events are also coming to Apple Watch.

A much improved Photos app will give you more control over your watch face. It will use machine learning to automatically crop photos.
