The Xbox Game Pass service has raised subscription fees in many markets, including Turkey. Microsoft officially announced this price increase alongside the addition of new plans to the Game Pass service. For the new era, the company has introduced three new subscription options tailored to players’ preferences: Essential, Premium, and Ultimate.
Xbox Game Pass Increases
Following recent changes, the service’s prices in Turkey have also been updated. Microsoft announced monthly prices of 269 TL for the Essential package and 409 TL for the Premium package. The Ultimate package, previously 309 TL, has now been upgraded to 799 TL. The PC Game Pass package is now 449 TL.

According to Microsoft’s announcement, the new plans include expanded game libraries, access to PC games, unlimited cloud gaming, in-game perks including Riot Games titles, and a completely revamped Xbox Rewards experience.
The transitions for existing subscribers have also been clarified: Current Core subscribers will automatically be upgraded to the Essential plan, and Standard subscribers will be upgraded to the Premium plan. Ultimate subscribers will continue with their existing plans.
Game Pass Ultimate, the most comprehensive package, has also been significantly updated. The company announced that Ultimate subscribers will now have access to over 75 games per year on day one. The US price for this package has been increased from $20 to $30, and it was announced that it will offer the best-quality cloud gaming experience with less waiting time.
