Today, Xiaomi listed the Xiaomi 13 Ultra model on the websites of its branches in Germany, Spain, and France, making it available for sale. Thus, the phone’s features and European price have been revealed. So, before getting to the price, let’s take a closer look at its technical specifications.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra has a 6.73-inch WQHD+ display with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. This screen, supported by a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling, offers a maximum brightness of 2,600 nits.

The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, manufactured using a 4nm fabrication process by Qualcomm. The phone also comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
On the front, the smartphone has a 32-megapixel selfie camera, while the back of the device features four cameras. These are a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel super telephoto camera.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra has a 5,000mAh battery capacity. This battery supports 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. Additionally, the device runs on the MIUI 14 operating system based on Android 13.
In terms of other features, the latest smartphone includes cooling technology to prevent overheating, an under-display fingerprint reader, facial recognition, IP68 water and dust protection, as well as connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi 6/6E, 5G, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.
