First phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3: Xiaomi 14 revealed!
Xiaomi, one of the biggest names in the smartphone world, presents its highly anticipated flagship series, Xiaomi 14, to its users. Xiaomi 14, the standard model of the series, of which we have shared many leak information to date, has been introduced.
Xiaomi 14 specs
As it is known, the series includes the first models using Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, Qualcomm’s flagship processor. The processor, produced with 4 nm technology, has 1 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 2 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 and 2 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The company includes the Adreno 750 graphics unit with Ray Tracing support in the new chipset. At the promotional event, it was mentioned that the GPU is 40 percent more efficient than the A17 Pro.
The front panel of the Xiaomi device includes the Huaxing C8 display, which is a result of the collaboration between Xiaomi and TCL. The screen will measure 6.36 inches and offer 1.5K resolution, 1 Hz to 120 Hz LPTO refresh rate, and 3,000 nits peak brightness. Additionally, the device will come with HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box.
