In addition to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra images, many details about the device have surfaced before. The device, powered by Snapdragon Gen 3, will feature LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 technologies. The model will be available with 256 GB storage + 12GB RAM, 512 GB storage + 16 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage + 16 GB RAM options, and it will come out of the box with HyperOS based on Android 14.
