Xiaomi 14 series will debut on February 25th
The Xiaomi 14 series was introduced in China last October and is now gearing up for a global launch. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra model will be part of this global launch event. Recently, Xiaomi announced that the series will be unveiled on February 25th. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the most powerful variant in the series, will take the stage with the slogan “Lens to Legend.”
According to the latest leaks, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature four impressive 50-megapixel rear cameras. The rear camera setup includes a Leica-optical 50-megapixel 1-inch main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel 3.2x telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel 5x telephoto lens. On the front panel, there will be a 6.73-inch QHD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, a 32-megapixel selfie camera will be housed above the screen.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon Gen 3 processor. This processor, built on 4nm technology, will feature 1 ARM Cortex-X4 clocked at 3.3GHz, 3 ARM Cortex-A720s clocked at 3.2GHz, 2 ARM Cortex-A720s clocked at 3.0GHz, and 2 ARM Cortex-A520s clocked at 2.3GHz. The graphics will be handled by Adreno 750 with Ray Tracing support.
Moreover, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is rumored to come with IP68 water and dust resistance ratings. It will pack a 5,300mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. The device will offer various storage and RAM configurations, including 256GB storage + 12GB RAM, 512GB storage + 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage + 16GB RAM. It will run on HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box.
