Xiaomi, one of the most important names in the smartphone market , will launch the Xiaomi 14 series smartphones this month . Another detail has emerged about the phone, which will be released quite ambitiously with its leaked technical specifications so far. So much so that it has been confirmed that Leica lenses will be used in the Xiaomi 14 series . Moreover, it is expected to be the best in its field .
Xiaomi 14 series will use Leica’s Summilux lens
The Chinese technology giant has confirmed that it plans the Xiaomi 14 flagship to arrive this month. The announcement also revealed that Leica branding will grace the range and provide the photography company’s Summilux lens , which is claimed to be the “best in its field” for mobile phones .
The Xiaomi 14 series will also bring a new image sensor, but it is not yet clear which phone will have this sensor and what its purpose will be. If we look at other emerging features about the phones, Xiaomi 14 devices are expected to have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which Qualcomm will introduce on Tuesday, October 24 .
Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun traditionally appeared on stage at the summit in Hawaii and talked about the strong relationship between Xiaomi and Qualcomm. Besides this, he confirmed that the next Xiaomi flagships will arrive soon.
We expect at least two phones: Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. However, it is thought that they will be released first in China along with the newly introduced HyperOS operating systems. A global version is likely to arrive in the first weeks of 2024 .
Although the exact launch date of the phones in China has not been confirmed, there are some estimates. Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro with Leica lenses are expected to go on sale on November 11, Singles’ Day, one of the biggest shopping holidays in China. Here Xiaomi is likely looking at the increasing demand around it.
