Xiaomi plans to launch its smart bracelet Smart Band 8 worldwide. The Smart Band 8 was first launched in China in April and will hit global shelves six months later. So what will be Xiaomi Smart Band 8 features and price in global?
Xiaomi Smart Band 8 is coming on October 4
Smart Band 8 features a 1.62-inch AMOLED HD touchscreen display with a pixel density of 326 PPI and a brightness of up to 600 nits. It supports Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity and is compatible with Android 6.0/iOS 12 and above. Although not available in the Chinese version, the global version will include NFC support.
Xiaomi’s new fitness band allows use underwater up to 5 ATM or 50 meters. It features an optical heart rate sensor, blood oxygen saturation monitoring and a six-axis motion sensor to track sports activities.
The upcoming Xiaomi 13T series has recently appeared in the TDRA database with model numbers 2306EPN60G and 23078PND5G.
Xiaomi Smart Band 8, which includes more than 150 exercise modes, can track users’ running, walking, cycling and fitness movements. There are also special exercise programs such as somatosensory system. You can also control music, camera and notifications with the fitness device.
Measuring 48 x 22.5 x 10.99 mm and weighing only 27 grams, the smart bracelet promises 16 days of use with a 190mAh battery. Xiaomi also states that it can be fully charged within 1 hour.
Scheduled for October 4th, pricing and availability for the global launch have not yet been announced. The model, which is sold for 35 dollars in China, is expected to enter the global market at 50 dollars.
