Xiaomi Mijia Smart Dumbbells Unveiled
The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Dumbbells come with six-axis motion sensors, along with a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer. This setup accurately detects the user’s movements, ensuring safe exercise data tracking.
With its 32mm ergonomic grip and non-slip surface, the dumbbell offers a safe and comfortable user experience. Additionally, you can easily adjust the dumbbell’s weight between 1 and 2 kg using separately sold 0.5 kg additional weights.

The dumbbell features a small LED screen on the handle that shows real-time exercise data, such as repetitions, duration, and calories burned. This allows users to track their data without needing to manually check.
