vivo’s new flagship, the X300 Pro, is expected to be unveiled in October 2025. Recent reports indicate that there will be no major design changes in the phone. The device will feature a circular camera setup housing three cameras and one sensor.
What will the vivo X300 Pro look like?
The model is said to be powered by MediaTek’s next-generation Dimensity 9500 chipset. This chipset includes ARM’s Cortex-X930 core running at 3.23GHz and the new Immortalis-Drage GPU. Additionally, the device will have a 6.8-inch flat display. This screen will offer a 1.5K resolution with a pixel count of 1,260 x 2,800.

The vivo X300 Pro will have a 7,000 mAh battery capacity. This is 1,000 mAh larger than the X200 Pro and 1,600 mAh more than the X100 Pro. Charging speeds have not yet been confirmed, but an increase over the current 90W wired and 30W wireless charging speeds is expected.
The smartphone will be equipped with a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera. The main camera will use Sony’s new LYT-828 sensor. This 1/1.28-inch sensor features 1.22-micron pixels.
It will also offer over 100 dB dynamic range thanks to Hybrid Frame-HDR technology. This can be said to be even higher than Sony’s 1-inch LYT-900 sensor. Lastly, the 200 MP periscope camera will use a 1/1.4-inch sensor and support telephoto macro shooting.
