Live location tracking feature released for Instagram

Live location tracking, which makes it easier to see your friends’ locations and interact with them, has been released for Instagram. As is known, this feature was first tested with a limited number of users last year, and then gradually began rolling out. Recent developments indicate that users in Turkey are also starting to access the feature.

Instagram’s live location tracking feature makes social gatherings easier and addresses questions like “who’s where and what they’re doing.” Of course, it also offers users privacy and control.

Another point here is security concerns. If users turn off location sharing, these concerns will be eliminated.

As can be seen in the screenshot above, this feature allows users to receive updates from their friends. This will allow you to instantly follow your friends who have location sharing enabled and see the location from which they shared their latest stories.

To use this feature, simply enter it into your DM inbox. Then, click the map icon in the notes section at the top of your messages.
