While Vivo is expected to unveil the X300 series in China on October 13th, there’s a strong hint that the series’ global launch is also approaching. The international version of the Vivo X300 has surfaced in Geekbench testing, revealing some key details. Here are the details about the new flagship.
Dimensity 9500 Power and Test Results
According to leaks, the global version of the Vivo X300 has the model number V2515, while the Pro version is listed as V2514. The V2515 model spotted on Geekbench is, as expected, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, placing the device in the higher-end segment.

This new chipset, expected to be officially unveiled on September 22nd, features a 1+3+4 core configuration. Its architecture includes one Travis core clocked at 4.21 GHz, three Alto cores clocked at 3.50 GHz, and four Gelas cores clocked at 2.7 GHz. These cores are from Arm’s new X9 and updated A7 series.
The chipset also includes the Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, a new architecture that promises over 40 percent improvements in ray tracing capabilities. According to Geekbench results, the global version of the Vivo X300 scored 3177 in the single-core test and 9701 in the multi-core test. Other details included in the test listing include that the device will come with 16GB of RAM and Android 16.
The device’s appearance on Geekbench strongly indicates that Vivo is conducting internal performance tests for global markets. There is speculation that the X300 series will also host the global launch of OriginOS 6. All these developments reinforce expectations that the Vivo X300 series could be released globally in November or December.
