Porsche is preparing to unveil its long-awaited all-electric Cayenne. The brand has already teased the interior design of this all-new model, a departure from the current gasoline and plug-in hybrid options, and has described it as resembling a giant OLED display.
The electric Porsche Cayenne is here
The Cayenne Electric features a new design that Porsche calls the “interior of the future.” This design approach will be reflected in other models from the brand in the future.
A curved OLED infotainment screen called the “Flow Display” sits at the center of the dashboard. However, not all controls are moved to the touchscreen; physical buttons for key functions like temperature, fan speed, and volume remain.

In addition to this curved main display, there’s a 14.25-inch OLED digital instrument cluster in front of the driver. Options include an 87-inch augmented reality head-up display and a 14.9-inch display on the passenger side. The vehicle also features Porsche Digital Key, which can be shared between up to seven users, and a new AI-powered voice assistant.
Heated surfaces integrated into the armrests and door panels are also among the highlight comfort features. The rear seats are electrically adjustable and can be configured to prioritize passenger comfort or cargo space.
Camouflage-covered prototypes captured on camera indicate that the Cayenne Electric will be available in both traditional SUV and coupe-SUV forms. The vehicle is underpinned by the enhanced Premium Platform Electric (PPE).
The most powerful version is expected to produce over 1,000 horsepower, surpassing the 730 horsepower of the current Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid. Equipped with a 113 kWh battery pack, the new Cayenne is expected to offer a range of over 595 km.

The vehicle will also feature 400 kW fast charging and wireless charging support. The new Cayenne Electric will feature Porsche Active Ride Suspension and a towing capacity of up to 3,500 kg, on par with mid-size internal combustion-powered pickup trucks.
The vehicle’s official launch will take place at the end of this year. What do you think of this model? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
