On the other hand, Jesse Plemons is in talks for the villain of the movie. Plemons, known for Breaking Bad and notable for his performances in productions such as The Power of the Dog, Civil War and Killers of the Flower Moon, is among the names that Disney has offered for the role.
No official script details have been announced yet, but according to leaked information, Ryan Gosling will play the role of a young Jedi’s instructor. This suggests that the classic Jedi-Sith theme may be handled in a simpler and more character-driven way in the movie.
