The technology giant released its latest operating system version Android 13. We know that Google used delicious, sweets-based codenames for Android versions. For example, Android 4.4 KitKat or Android 9 Pie. However, Google doesn’t use these codenames for marketing purposes just. Its developers use them. For Android 13, the name is Tiramisu, following up on the not-officially used Snow Cone for Android 12, Red Velvet Cake for Android 11, and Android 10’s Quince Tart.
Android 13 Features
Android 13 has an advanced design and style that builds on Material You. You can specialise non-Google apps similar to your phone’s wallpaper theme and colours. You can make your home screen more united and unique to your style.
The latest version comes with an updated media player that tailors its look and feels based on the music or podcast you’re listening to. For instance, while listening to music, the media player will show album artwork and has a playback bar that dances as you progress through a song. You can even use it for media played on Chrome.
Android will automatically clear your clipboard history when you copy sensitive data like your device’s email address, phone number, or login credentials. It will prevent any unwanted access to your clipboard. You can also choose the specific photos and videosyou share with your apps.
