ASUS has made a groundbreaking innovation in the wearable technology market. The Taiwan-based technology giant has introduced the world’s first smart bracelet that can measure blood pressure and ECG. The ASUS VivoWatch 6 AERO, which offers these health features, which have only been seen in high-end smart watches until now, in a more compact form, may attract the attention of users.

Weighing only 27 grams, the VivoWatch 6 AERO comes with a 1.1-inch AMOLED screen and a 135 mAh battery. The device, which is stated to offer a battery life of up to 5 days in normal use and up to 7 days in power saving mode, can also track basic health data such as blood oxygen level, heart rate, step count, calories burned and sleep quality in addition to blood pressure and ECG.

Thanks to the built-in GPS sensor in the device, location and movement tracking can be done more precisely in outdoor activities. In addition, the product, powered by ASUS’s new generation Health AI 5.0 algorithm, analyzes the collected data instantly and provides detailed health feedback to users. The device is also water resistant at 5 ATM levels.
