ASUS will introduce the ROG Ally 2 model to strengthen its presence in the portable game console market. The company, which made a rapid entry into this field with its first model, is taking both the design and technical features further with the second version.
ASUS ROG Ally 2 model confirmed
According to leaks, ASUS is preparing to launch the ROG Ally 2 in two different colors, black and white. It is seen that the color options are different not only in terms of aesthetics but also technically.

The black version is equipped with 64 GB LPDDR5X-8533 RAM and AMD’s 8-core Ryzen Z2 Extreme APU. The white version is also Ryzen-based but comes with the Ryzen Z2 chipset. Both devices are expected to appeal to different user profiles.
The new ROG Ally 2 model will have much larger trigger buttons and improved rear grip surfaces compared to the previous model. It is stated that the thickness of the device has also increased slightly, thus providing a more solid grip. On the screen side, there is a 7-inch panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The device’s release date has not been announced yet. However, certification records that emerged in Indonesia and South Korea indicate that ASUS may introduce the ROG Ally 2 at the Computex 2025 event.
