The Coros Apex 4 has leaked ahead of its official reveal, and it’s already shaping up to be one of the most significant smartwatch upgrades this year.

Compared to the Apex 2, the new Coros Apex 4 steps things up in both form and function. Leaked marketing images reveal the smartwatch will launch in two sizes, 42mm and 46 mm, with continuous GPS battery life lasting up to 65 hours, a major leap from the previous model’s 40-hour limit.
Regular-use battery life is also getting a bump, jumping to roughly 13–20 days depending on model size. Design-wise, Coros keeps its signature branding front and center but trims down the overall profile. The bezels still look chunky, though, especially for a 2025 flagship.

New smart features add phone-free convenience
Coros is finally adding integrated speakers and microphones to the Apex 4. Users will be able to take phone calls directly from the watch, as long as their smartphone stays within Bluetooth range. It’s a smart move, especially for runners who want fewer things in their pockets.
The MiP display also returns, built for readability in bright sunlight and now backed by a backlight for low-light training sessions.
