The trend of turning popular games played by millions around the world into series/movies continues. Just a few months after the reveal of the film adaptation of the heist game Payday, the release date for the series adaptation of Fallout 76, which was announced a few years ago, has finally been revealed.
The Fallout TV series will be presented to the audience in 2024!
First announced in 2020, the Fallout TV series will take place in a post-apocalyptic world following a nuclear war. The renowned HBO series Westworld’s creators, Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, are at the helm of this production.
Supported by Bethesda Game Studios and produced by Amazon, the Fallout series boasts an impressive cast. Notable actors among them include Ella Purner, Walton Goggins, Kyle MacLachlan, and Aaron Moten.
According to a post on Amazon Prime Video’s official Twitter, or the new name, X account, the Fallout TV series will be available on Prime Video within the year 2024. Prime subscribers will be able to access and watch the series without any additional fee.
As per the shared information, the production will be set in the city of Los Angeles in the state of California, USA, and Vault 33. When the Fallout series is presented to the audience next year, it will join other game adaptations like The Last of Us, The Witcher, and The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
