Gemini 1.5 Pro and Gemini Flash price announced!
At I/O 2024, Google officially announced Gemini 1.5 Pro and Gemini Flash, the new version of Gemini AI that will integrate with Google Workspace, Google Photos and Google Assistant.
Gemini 1.5 Pro price halved! But now token will be limited
The price of the Gemini 1.5 Pro has halved compared to its previous price. We can assume this is good news, but there is bad news: The number of tokens will now be limited.
Gemini 1.5 Pro price:
– 7 dollars per 1 million tokens
– 3.50 dollars per 1 million tokens up to 128K
Gemini 1.5 Flash price:
– $0.35 per 1 million tokens up to 128K
Previously, Gemini’s price was $14 and the number of tokens was not limited. Now, despite the cheaper price, it will be limited to an expanded context window of 1 million tokens. However, we can’t call this a limit either, as it won’t be easy to finish 1 million tokens.
