    Some example tasks that Jarvis can do include researching a topic, buying products on e-commerce and making travel plans. The current prototype needs only a few seconds to complete these actions.

    Google plans to give selected users early access to Jarvis in December to identify bugs and provide feedback before making a full announcement. But the timeline is still subject to change, according to sources.

    Jarvis aims to streamline web-based work and help users automate repetitive tasks. If successful, it could allow Google to create digital assistants that can interact with web content.
