Huawei’s EV toppled the charts in four months!

Luxeed R7's sales success is under scrutiny. How accurate are the claims of the R7, which is rapidly rising in the electric vehicle market in China?

Luxeed R7, produced in cooperation with Chery and Huawei, quickly established itself in the Chinese market. Accordingly, it realised more than 40 thousand deliveries in the first four months of its launch.

According to January data, Luxeed has delivered 11,418 R7 units, contributing to sales totalling more than 43,000 units since its launch in October. This performance makes R7 a notable player in the Chinese market.

Launched on 24 September, the R7 was the second product of the Huawei-Chery partnership. In addition to the electric model, the EREV version was also introduced in December. The vehicle is marketed in Huawei stores together with the Aito and Stelato models.
