OnePlus will introduce a new generation cooling accessory for mobile gamers at the upcoming 24 April event. Announced as 27W Freezing Point Phone Cooler, the cooler will be an improved version of the previous 18W and 27W models. The device attracts attention with MagSafe support and renewed design.

The design concept has been completely changed in the new model. The previous oval case was replaced by a more compact and rounded body. The grey case, black fan and red OnePlus logo in the middle emphasise both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the device.

The cooler works via USB-C connection and requires an adapter that provides at least 27W power for full performance. Although official information about the fan speed control has not yet been shared, the three-stage speed system in previous models may also be included in this model.

One of the most striking features of the device is MagSafe compatibility. In this way, the cooler can be used with many different devices. Freezing Point cooler provides active cooling by directly contacting the back surface of the phone. Thus, it prevents the device from heating up in mobile games that require high graphics power and processor performance.

A new powerbank model with a capacity of 20,000 mAh is also expected to be introduced at the event.
