Google launched Pixel 7 and 7 Pro: Specs, and more
Google announced its new Pixel 7 series, Pixel Watch, Pixel Tablet, and two new Nest products, Doorbells and Wifi Pro at the October event. The event was held on October 6 in Brooklyn. The devices come with great new features because Google also launched a new Tensor 2 chipset, a new ultrawide camera, and more. However, Pixel 7 and 7 Pro could be the most expected devices. Pixel 7 Pro comes with improved camera lenses
The phone manufacturer launched the new Pro model with a 48-Megapixel 5x optical zoom telephoto camera and a 12-Megapixel with autofocus for macro shots ultrawide camera. However, the standard model doesn’t come with a telephoto camera and its ultrawide camera is only a 12-megapixel fixed focus.
The devices get their power from the new Google Tensor 2 chipset that improves the AI and image processing algorithm departments. In addition, Google launches the Pro model with 5,000mAh and Pixel 7 with a 4,355mAh battery. The Pixel 7 Pro comes with 12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options. However, the company launched the Pixel 7 with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.
Google also announced the new battery-saving and energy-efficiency algorithms besides the newer OLED display panel technology. The tech giant also lets devices reduce power consumption thanks to the new Tensor G2 with M2 co-processor chipset.
The Pro model comes with Obsidian, Snow, and Hazel color combinations while the standard model comes with Obsidian, Snow, and Lemongrass color options. Pixel 7 Pro costs $899 while Pixel 7 comes with a $599 price tag. Here are the Pixel 7 series specs:
