New developments are occurring for Xiaomi’s successful player in the smartphone market, the Xiaomi 14 series, which was released in October. Xiaomi 14 Ultra launch date revealed
According to Digital Chat Station, known for leaks in the industry, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra model will be unveiled in April 2024. According to the source, the tradition of critical camera upgrades in previous Ultra models will continue, and the upcoming smartphone will come with significant camera improvements.
The smartphone will feature a 1-inch Sony LYT900 main camera. This sensor will appear as an optimized version of the IMX9898 found in Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 12S Ultra, and Xiaomi 13 Pro.
As seen above, the 1-inch camera, which has been present in Xiaomi’s Ultra models for several generations, will also be used in the 14 Ultra. In addition to the main camera, three auxiliary sensors with a resolution of 50 megapixels each will accompany it. Additionally, the device is expected to have a 5,500 mAh battery.
The smartphone will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Qualcomm continues its collaboration with TSMC for its new processor. The processor, produced with 4nm technology, includes 1 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 2 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, and 2 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The company also includes the Adreno 750 graphics unit with Ray Tracing support in its new chip.
