Xiaomi has started rolling out the HyperOS update for the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. This update brings the Android 14-based operating system and the February security patch to the device.
Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus receives HyperOS update
The 5.6GB HyperOS update comes in version 1.0.3.0.UNOINXM. In addition to including the latest Android security suite, it provides various improvements and optimizations to the user interface.
Key changes in the HyperOS update include a refreshed system design, new animations for smoother interactions and vibrant colors in the user interface. The Weather app now shows dynamic conditions as well as important data. Notifications have been streamlined to efficiently show only critical information.
The countdown for Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro has begun. Expected to be introduced on March 21, the smartphone will feature Leica Summilux.
Xiaomi says the memory management system has been improved for better performance. Multitasking has a new multi-window mode for more convenient splitting of app views. The icons on the home screen and app drawer are designed with new shapes and hues.
In addition to the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, the HyperOS update will be rolling out to the Redmi Note 13 Pro, Note 13, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro+, Note 12 Pro and Note 12. These updates are expected to be provided in March.
The update is expected to improve the user experience on popular Xiaomi and Redmi devices with the latest features of Android 14 as well as Xiaomi’s special optimizations.
