AMD is preparing its new Radeon RX 9000M series graphics cards powered by RDNA 4 architecture for laptops. According to the leaked information, AMD will continue the momentum it has achieved on the desktop in the laptop segment.
Radeon RX 9000M series will appear
The top model of the Radeon RX 9000M series will be the RX 9080M. This model has 64 RDNA 4 Compute Units (CU) and a total of 4,096 stream processors. The RX 9080M offers a structure similar to the desktop RX 9070 GRE model with 16 GB memory capacity.

Another powerful model of the series, the RX 9070M XT will have 48 CUs and 12 GB memory. This model is expected to provide high performance in a more affordable price segment. The RX 9070M and RX 9070S models in the lower segment will also come with 32 CU units and 2,048 cores.
The RX 9060M and RX 9060S models prepared for entry and mid-level laptops will have 1,792 cores and 8 GB memory capacity. Models with the ‘S’ extension will be focused on low power consumption.
AMD is scheduled to announce the new Radeon RX 9000M series at the Computex 2025 event. The company is reportedly preparing a press event for this conference, where new GPUs for laptops will be officially introduced.
