A large-scale survey conducted in Germany has shown that Tesla’s position in Europe has been seriously shaken. In the survey, which included more than 100,000 people, 94% of the participants said they would never buy a Tesla again. Tesla’s sales in Germany have recently experienced a major decline. While Tesla sales in Europe have almost halved in the first two months of 2024, this decline has reached 70% in Germany.
While the increasing competition in the electric vehicle market and the delay of the new Model Y are effective in this decline, Elon Musk’s statements regarding European politics have been cited as factors reducing interest in Tesla.

Only 3% of those who participated in the survey conducted by T-Online stated that they would consider buying a Tesla, while the vast majority stated that they would now stay away from the brand.
