A while ago, the company humorously explained what’s better about the Pixel models than the iPhone, and now it has released a series of ads emphasizing the benefits of switching from iOS to Android.

Switching from iPhone to Android is easier than you think

Google’s new campaign consists of five ads. The ads address iPhone users’ concerns about leaving the Apple ecosystem. It points out that Google has a similar ecosystem.

Other ads directly address specific concerns. For example, the “Privacy and Security” video explains how a user’s data will be protected when they upgrade to the Pixel 7 Pro. The “Emoji Reactions” video emphasizes that texting on Android is much more fun thanks to RCS chat features.

Other videos include “Transfer Photos” and “Device Compatibility”. The first video shows a user transferring photos to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The other shows someone pairing a Pixel Fold with a Google Nest speaker during a party.

Google’s main goal with these ads is to show iOS users that they can easily transfer their apps, data and accessories to Android. Google wants to show that popular iOS features like iMessage and AirDrop have similar solutions on Android. The company is emphasizing Android’s features with the slogan “Switch and Do More”.
