The Xbox 360 store is closing, but don’t panic! You’ll still be able to access all the content you’ve already purchased. That means you’ll still have your games and you’ll still be able to enjoy online gaming with active servers. Also, your game saves on the cloud are safe. However, the sad part is that some games that were only released digitally and don’t have backwards compatibility will no longer be available for purchase. According to VGC’s research, there are more than 220 such games.
Okay, the Xbox 360 store is closing, but the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S stores are still open. You can still buy backwards compatible games from these stores. So, you still have plenty of options to play Xbox 360 games.
