Redmi launched the Redmi Turbo 4 in early 2025 in China and later rebranded the device as the POCO X7 Pro for international markets. Now, its successor — the Redmi Turbo 5 — along with its global variant, the POCO X8 Pro, has surfaced in the IMEI database ahead of its expected launch in January 2026.
Redmi Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro IMEI appeared in the database
A Xiaomi device with the model number 2511FRT34C has been spotted in the IMEI database and is believed to be the upcoming Redmi Turbo 5. Additionally, POCO devices carrying the model numbers 2511FPC34G and 2511FPC34I have also been listed, which are reportedly the global and Indian versions of the POCO X8 Pro, respectively.

Although the model numbers are now listed in the database, the official names of the devices have not been confirmed, and there are no specific technical details available at this time.
However, recent reports suggest that the Redmi Turbo 5 will feature a flat 6.6-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The device is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset and come with a sleek and lightweight design, supported by a metal mid-frame.
The Turbo 5 will reportedly use an LTPS OLED panel with rounded corners and a broad layout. In terms of aesthetics, it will include a clean rear camera design and a stylish metal frame. While the latest leak doesn’t mention screen size, previous reports have consistently indicated a 6.6-inch panel. Moreover, the device is rumored to pack a massive 7,000 mAh battery, which should deliver impressive battery life despite its budget-friendly pricing.
