POCO is taking an important step to offer its users a more comprehensive online experience. Accordingly, it announced that it will be included in Xiaomi’s global online platform and will shut down its own websites and applications.
POCO website and application will be used instead of Xiaomi
POCO is shutting down its independent websites to offer a more powerful experience under the Xiaomi umbrella. The smartphone brand announced that all POCO websites in the po.co/global domain will be shut down as of December 31, 2024.

Users will now be able to access product information, customer service, warranty support and other resources at mi.com/global. All services such as purchase history, order status, technical support and warranty requests will be transferred to Xiaomi’s global platform.
This process aims to provide POCO users with a wider range of products and improved services. The company emphasized that this change will not affect existing warranty coverage. All previously purchased products will continue to receive support through Xiaomi channels.
It was also recommended that all users save their purchase or usage history locally before the transition to the new year. From 2025, all personal data will be transferred through Xiaomi accounts when accessing services on mi.com. The POCO Store app will also be discontinued and disabled.
