Video card manufacturer Zephyr has made a major innovation by bringing the RTX 4070 to a compact form factor. The new ITX Sakura Blizzard model features only a single fan and dual slots. The device delivers the performance of one of the best graphics cards on the market, the RTX 4070, in a compact size, allowing it to fit easily into mini ITX cases.

Zephyr unveiled its new graphics card on China’s video streaming platform BiliBili. The card’s dimensions are 172mm x 123mm x 42mm, small enough to fit in even the smallest mini ITX cases. For comparison, Nvidia’s Founder Edition RTX 4070 measures 240mm x 110mm x 40mm, and third-party options can often have larger cooling configurations.
The real success of the RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard lies in its length. Because it only uses a single fan, it’s much shorter than the dual and triple fan models we usually see. On the other hand, it’s slightly higher and wider than the Founder Edition design.
This allows the board to have a larger cooling solution, which runs 8 degrees Celsius cooler than the larger designs and provides effective cooling even when running at lower fan speed.
Zephyr claims that it does not compromise on performance. The company shared 3DMark Fire Strike, Time Spy and Speed Way test results, showing that the RTX 4070 ITX Sakura matches Blizzard’s Founder Edition design. Zephyr is known for its bold designs and the RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard continues that tradition. Featuring features like pink PCBs, colorful cooling covers, and anime characters, this is the third model the company has introduced with the RTX 40 series.

However, there’s bad news for those looking to buy one of these cards. Zephyr has stated that the first wave of cards are already sold out but are expected to be restocked in mid-July. More importantly, these cards will only be available in China.
