Amazon Prime Video’s popular series Fallout has rekindled interest in the game series. However, Xbox CEO Phil Spencer said that the release of a new Fallout game is not related to the series. Accordingly, it would not be logical to wait for the second season of the series for Fallout 5.

Speaking at the Paley International Summit, Phil Spencer admitted that there was an increase in the number of actors in productions such as Fallout 76 and Fallout 4. Accordingly, he stated that the series did not have a timeline specifically planned for the new game.
This situation allowed the series producers to tell an original story in the Fallout universe without having to synchronize with the game world. Spencer said in his statement, “I actually think this approach offers a creative freedom that we could not have achieved if we tried to coordinate two different creative processes at the same time.”
